ClearTalk (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates ClearTalk Omni, a social media management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely hashed).

Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok), we receive and store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to interact with those platforms on your behalf. We also collect your social media profile information (name, profile picture, account identifiers) and page/channel information you choose to connect.

Content and Posts

We store the content you create, schedule, and publish through the Service, including text, images, and videos.

Analytics Data

We collect engagement metrics and analytics from your connected social media accounts to provide performance insights within the Service.

Usage Data

We collect standard server logs and usage information to maintain and improve the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service, including scheduling and publishing posts
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Connect to and interact with third-party social media platforms on your behalf
  • Display analytics and performance metrics for your social media accounts
  • Send you service-related communications (e.g., password resets)
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Service

4. Data Storage and Security

All sensitive data, including social media access tokens, is encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Your data is stored on secure servers and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

ClearTalk Omni integrates with the following third-party services to provide its features:

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) — to publish content and retrieve analytics
  • Stripe — to process payments securely (we do not store your payment card details)
  • HeyGen — to generate AI avatar videos

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share your data with third-party services as described in Section 5, and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may disconnect social media accounts at any time, which will remove stored tokens for those accounts.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Disconnect any connected social media account at any time
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

9. YouTube API Services

ClearTalk Omni uses YouTube API Services. By using our Service to connect a YouTube account, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can review Google's Privacy Policy for more information on how Google handles your data. You can revoke ClearTalk Omni's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google security settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
