1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClearTalk Omni (“the Service”), operated by ClearTalk (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClearTalk Omni is a social media management platform that allows users to schedule posts, manage multiple social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok), generate AI-powered content, and track analytics across platforms.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts to ClearTalk Omni, you grant us permission to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf, including publishing content, reading analytics, and managing pages. You may disconnect any account at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party platform terms
  • Post spam, misleading, or harmful content through the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
